1. Terms & Conditions
All photographs, videos, graphics, digital files, recordings, and other creative works produced by Kazinski Photo & Video remain the copyrighted property of Kazinski Photo & Video unless ownership is expressly transferred in a separate written agreement.
Purchase of any product, photograph, video, or digital file grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material solely for its intended and authorized purpose.
Purchased materials may not be sold, resold, licensed, sublicensed, transferred, shared, distributed, published, uploaded, or provided to any unauthorized person, business, organization, or third party.
Photographs, videos, and other delivered files may not be altered, edited, manipulated, rearranged, cropped, filtered, combined, or otherwise modified without prior written authorization from Kazinski Photo & Video.
Commercial use, advertising, promotional use, merchandise, resale, stock photography/video, publication, or any use beyond the original agreed purpose requires prior written authorization and may require an additional licensing or usage fee.
Customers are responsible for securely storing purchased files and protecting download links, passwords, and access credentials from unauthorized use or distribution.
All products, digital downloads, photographs, videos, services, and completed creative work are final sale and non-refundable!
Additional edits, revisions, reprocessing, or changes requested after delivery are billed at $25.00 per hour in 15-minute increments ($6.25 per 15 minutes) unless otherwise quoted in writing.
Recreating, recovering, reprocessing, or reissuing previously delivered files may incur additional editing, production, licensing, usage-rights, or reissue fees.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, alteration, publication, or use of delivered material may constitute copyright infringement and may result in termination of the granted license and pursuit of remedies available under applicable law.
Kazinski Photo & Video reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions. No purchase constitutes a transfer of copyright ownership unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.
Kazinski Photo & Video reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to a purchase or service will be those presented to the customer at the time of the transaction.
2. Privacy Policy
We may collect information such as your name, email address, billing information, shipping information, telephone number, and other information necessary to process purchases, provide services, deliver files, and communicate with you.
Payment information is processed through our third-party payment providers. Kazinski Photo & Video does not intentionally store complete credit-card numbers or payment credentials on its website.
Information you provide may be used to process orders, deliver purchased products or digital files, provide photography and video services, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate regarding your transactions.
We may use third-party service providers, including payment processors, website hosting providers, email services, and delivery services, when necessary to operate our business and fulfill your order.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to process an order, provide a requested service, comply with applicable law, protect our business or customers, or prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for keeping any passwords, download links, or account information provided to you confidential.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to provide website functionality, understand website traffic, and improve the customer experience.
We retain business and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, legal, tax, warranty, or customer-service purposes.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our website, services, or legal requirements.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our photography, video, digital downloads, customized products, and creative services, purchases are non-refundable.
Digital photographs, videos, galleries, downloads, and other electronically delivered products cannot be returned once access has been provided or the files have been downloaded.
Customized photography, video production, editing, commissioned work, and other work created specifically for a customer are non-refundable once production has begun.
Products that have been specially created, customized, printed, or produced for a customer are also non-refundable.
If a delivered digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be accessed because of a technical problem caused by Kazinski Photo & Video, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or provide a replacement file.
Requests for additional edits, revisions, changes, reprocessing, or modifications BEFORE or AFTER delivery are not considered refunds and may be subject to our editing rate of $35.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($8.75 per 15 minutes).
Requests to recover or reissue previously delivered files may be subject to additional reissue, editing, production, licensing, or usage-rights, and reproduction/composition/editing fees.
If a customer believes there is an issue with an order or service, they should contact Kazinski Photo & Video withn 10 Days so the issue can be reviewed.
